The Partnership comprises government agencies and research
institutions with proven national and international expertise in
marine seabed mapping and modelling.
Phase 2 (2013-2016)
A consortium of nine partners from 9 countries is working
together to deliver EMODnet Seabed Habitats Phase 2, under the
leadership of French research institute Ifremer.
The consortium works in collaboration with the Institute
for Marine Science, part of the Middle East Technical University,
Phase 1 (2009-2012)
In EMODnet Seabed Habitats Phase 1, a consortium of seven
partners from five countries joined together led by the UK
government’s nature conservation advisor (JNCC).
