Interactive map & metadata catalogue

Welcome to the EMODnet Seabed Habitats interactive mapping portal (or webGIS), which is linked to the ICES habitat mapping metadata catalogue (formerly the MESH webGIS).

The portal presents predicted broad-scale habitat maps (produced by the EMODnet Seabed Habitats and MESH Atlantic projects) habitat maps from surveys produced and collated by the MESH (2004-2008), MESH Atlantic (2010-2014) and EMODnet Seabed Habitats (2009-2016) projects.

Users can either select the information they wish to view ("Build a query") or simply launch the mapper and browse for information by clicking the relevant icon below.
